When you place an order with Piddley Pix it will be understood that you have read and accepted our following terms & conditions. These terms & conditions and your use of this website is governed by English Law. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
Product Information
As far as is possible we try to ensure all our product information is correct and pictures are a true representative of the products, however the colours may vary slightly to what is seen on a computer monitor, due to system settings.
Piddley Pix reserves the right to use alternative frames to those pictured, but wherever possible the alternative will be close in likeness.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at kelly@piddleypix.com and include the customer name, order date and number. If the product has already been dispatched the returns portion of these terms will apply
Delivery
Once full payment has been received the order will be prepared and dispatched. We aim for all products to be with the customer within 14 days, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery before contacting us about a lost order, after this time if the order is genuinely lost we will send out a replacement order. If we know of any reason for a delay we will communicate this directly to the customer.
Delivery charges will apply. All delivery charges stated on the website are for UK deliveries, if you require delivery charge information for outside the UK please contact us on kelly@piddleypix.com
Returns
If a product is faulty, the customer has the right to return to us for a full replacement or refund. Once a genuine fault has been established by Piddley Pix, any postage costs for returning the product will be reimbursed as long as proof of cost can be produced.
If the customer decides they no longer want a product it can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase as long as returned in a unused and undamaged condition. The return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
Copyright
Piddley Pix holds the copyright to all designs, logos, photographs and products. If you require to use any of our pictures or product information, written permission must be attained from us.
Competitions/Special Offers
Piddley Pix will try to ensure that all required information is available. Piddley Pix reserves the right to withdraw a competition or Special offer at any time. In regards to competitions run by us, Piddley Pix’s decision is final and discussion will not be entered into
Free Colouring pages
Piddley Pix holds all copyrights to these pages, the customer may download for use but must not pass off the images as there own work and must credit Piddley Pix where necessary
Liability
Piddley Pix shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to any person resulting from the use of the website or the use of any information contained within this web site
